GetMarriedTDCJ.com is an independent service and is not affiliated with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) or any government agency. We cannot guarantee approval of wedding requests or control the timing of the application process. All wedding request timelines and outcomes are subject to the policies and discretion of TDCJ and individual unit wardens.
All unit prices listed on our website are flat rates based on officiant availability, location, and travel. Prices do not include the marriage license or additional paperwork costs. No pricing will fall below $300 unless explicitly listed for Travis County or Lockhart units.
Deposits are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed and date preparation begins. If the unit cancels or denies the wedding, we may apply your deposit to a rescheduled date at our discretion.
